Alexandre Law Firm is an immigration law firm with offices in Orlando, FL and New York, NY, and we assist clients all over the world. We pride ourselves in putting you first in everything we do. We believe in taking a client-centered approach to solving your immigration problems. That means that our strategies for your case will be carefully crafted based on your needs and circumstances and not because it’s the firm’s one-size-fits all approach for similar cases. You have a story to tell, people you love, and experiences that define you. We embrace that and we fight to honor that and not just close some file with an Alien number on it.
Who we are
Our immigration lawyers are not here to curry favor with the government. This means that we are willing to take actions on your behalf to ensure that you get the best result possible, even if these decisions might aggravate a government official. You have rights and these will never take a backseat to our relationship with government officers. Of course, we are also firm believers in careful diplomacy and the enormous benefits that come from candid negotiations with well-meaning and sympathetic government officers, but we will not hesitate to aggressively litigate your case if that is the best option for you and your family.
All of us at Alexandre Law Firm have an immigrant background. We all know how valuable and important it is to remain in this country with our families and we have felt the devastation that came from seeing hardworking and honest friends and family members deported and ripped apart from their loved ones. We know the crushing consequences of not being with your loved ones and we fight to ensure that priceless family unity.
We represent client all over the world
How consultation works?
Our initial consultation is $150. We will take this opportunity to educate you about your rights. Our consultations are client-centered in that we will not tell you what you want to hear just so we can earn your business. We will give you an honest assessment of your particular case and the options you have available to resolve your matter. This might mean talking about relief you’re eligible for or it might mean telling you that there is nothing you can do given your current situation and the particular laws that might apply to your case. Either way, we sleep well at night knowing that you received the most candid response to your inquiries, irrespective of whether you handed us over a check.
